The problem
Operating thousands of fuel stations across the country meant device health, sales, and maintenance were hard to see centrally. Without real-time visibility, problems surfaced late and maintenance was reactive rather than planned.
What I built
I helped create an IoT-enabled monitoring system spanning more than 5,000 fuel stations. It streamed device telemetry in real time, surfaced sales analytics, and supported predictive maintenance so issues could be anticipated rather than chased. Apache NiFi moved and routed the data flows, a Go and .NET backend handled processing, and a React front end gave operators a live national view.
Outcome
The platform brought real-time monitoring to 5,000+ fuel stations nationwide, turning a fragmented estate into a single observable system.
