The problem
Issuing and delivering software licenses by hand is repetitive and easy to get wrong. The process needed to be automated, secure, and available where the team already worked.
What I built
I built a Telegram bot that automates license management: it processes Excel inputs, applies encryption, and delivers licenses automatically, running on Google Cloud Platform. Meeting people inside a chat tool they already used kept adoption effortless.
Outcome
The bot automated license issuance and delivery end to end, removing a manual, error-prone task.
