The problem
Managing performance and development for air traffic navigation personnel meant replacing fragmented, manual HR processes with a single system — one covering evaluations, analytics, and approvals, and trustworthy enough for staff in a safety-critical field to rely on.
What I built
I built a comprehensive human resource management system on Django and Vue.js, with performance analytics, multi-rater (360-degree) evaluations, and automated approval workflows. Redis backed caching and background processing, while MinIO handled document and object storage. Beyond building it, I led the rollout — running an intensive training program so the people who depend on the system could actually use it well.
Outcome
The system was adopted across multiple departments, and I delivered hands-on training to 101 professionals to support a smooth rollout — end-to-end ownership from architecture through to adoption.
